は、60歳だった。
この８年間、ポチョは、ポチョとオーナーが行う身の毛もよだつような
芸を見るために来る観光客を町に呼び寄せていた。
今、４メートル半の長さのそのは虫類は、防腐処置が施されて博物館に
置かれる予定である。
訳注：crocodile tears には、「見せかけの涙、うそ泣き」の意味
がある。
